David Adeleke aka Davido has taken his father's philanthropical steps and started his own education scholarship foundation which he has named after his late mother, Veronica Adeleke.

The RCA Records star revealed that the project which will sponsor students yearly to school, will kick off this year with him sponsoring 4 students.

In an announcement on social media, the HKN chief, stated that details on how to apply will be revealed shortly.

He wrote; So many people deserve education.. Starting from this year I plan to start the Veronica Adeleke Education Scholarship program .. I plan to send people to school every year ... I'm starting from 4 students this year details will be released soon on how to apply.... DO YOUR PART TO MAKE THE WORLD BETTER , EVEN IF YOU START SMALL .. AT LEAST START! OBO !

It's high time everyone started doing something to help a neighbor out!

Instead of waiting for government.

In fact, he should start a proper foundation, with a forwards-thinking board of serious business moguls (old money gits) as well as a detribalized nomination system and he can follow up with non-media based talent hunts & empowerment drives. ( not like Dbanj's Koko Mansion farce). We're talking adding value to lives on sustainable basis, so let everybody brings ideas where we get to keep our pants on and thinking caps out.
