Every year, for the past 16 years, the winner of the Spelling Bee Competition for secondary schools in Lagos State is given the opportunity to act as the state governor for a day. He has a 6-man cabinet.

Before you jump up, just know the "governor" is not allowed to sign cheques and to make critical decisions. It is just ceremonial.

What if the same gesture was extended to a Nigerian every year to occupy the presidential office for a day? This time around, he'll have full powers.
