Arsenal are in the market for a central defender and have been linked with number of options including Valencia's Shkodran Mustafi and now Valencia have placed a price tag on the German international hinting he is available for sale if Arsenal are interested in his service.
With Valencia in need of cash to be able to meet financial fair play regulations, they have, according to Deportes COPE Valencia , made Mustafi available for just €25m – half of the price that his release clause has been set at.
Arsenal could swoop in to sign the talented defender, who would likely be unavailable at the beginning of the season after a long campaign at the European Championships with Germany.
The only competition that Arsenal have standing in their way is AC Milan but it’s believed that Mustafi is willing and interested in making the move to north London – with the offer of UEFA Champions League football setting them apart.
