Justice Okon Abang today sacked Markafi led pdp and ordered that senator Sheriff should take over the activities of the party. Okon J in his verdict made it clear That he had on May 12 and 20 ordered the PDP not to conduct the May 21 convention. His decision today was based on the flagrant abuse of his orders by the PDP by going ahead with the convention and rushing to obtain a black market decision from the port Harcourt high court.
