NITDA Scholarship 2016/2017 – The purpose for this publication is to inform all interested candidate about the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), which main aim is for transforming Nigeria into an IT driven economy for the sole purpose of a global competitiveness and the actual dire need which will bring the closure of the lacuna and to bridge the digital divide in the country.



It is recorded that they have since 2010 established a Scholarship Scheme programme which is meant for Masters (MSc) and for Doctorate (PhD) Degrees in all relevant areas of Information Technology (IT) obtainable in Nigerian (Government and Private) Universities.

Applicants should be aware that the NITDA Scholarship 2016/2017 award is going to be based on a strictly merit and is evenly distributed between the six geo-political zones for PhD and the 36 States and FCT for MSc.
