Following the recent revelations by aggrieved legislators on how fictitious projects were smuggled into the 2016 budget, it is now glaring that had President Buhari succumbed to pressure from various quotas and signed the Budget without scrutiny, some of the legislosers will go home with billions of Naira. Kudos to your GoSlow style Baba GoSlow.

We are familiar to be in a hurry to do things and land in corruption, hence we have forgotten the need to take things easy and through.

God bless PMB

Wise-one please, proffer a better alternative. I prefer to be a "mumu" and slow to get things right than to be fast and furious and land on the worst side of failure and corruption.

OP, ask yourself if your post really makes sense. You're praising the president for been slow and meticulous yet you ignored the fact that despite the delay and so-called scrutiny, the president still went ahead to sign a padded budget into law.

The padding disclosures in the National Assembly is not borne out of Buhari's ingenuity but power play amongst conflicting blocs. Nobody would have known anything about the fraud if there was no fight between Jubrin and Dogara. Simple.
