Good day guys. I tried loading fiverr on my phone a week back. I got a '403 forbidden' message. I initially thought it was an error message all rounder until I realised maybe my IP had been banned or something.

If I hotspot to my laptop, same result. I can't load fiverr on any of my browsers on my PC and mobile. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

hope u didn't use different ip to visit your fiver on your last visit if you did check your mail and know if your account have been blocked

I have never changed IP before. I don't even know how to do it sef

Besides I don't have a fiverr account yet

it in this way for instance you always use ur airtel line to go online on fiverr and i decided to use mtn line so ur airtel and mtn line are not using same ip so invariably u have changed ur ip but same location so they staff may have shot ur account down so as not to cheat on there customers because they can use only one ip and track u but since u said u don't have an account with them that mean the problem must be from ur internet service provider

I get bro. Thanks for this explanation. I used my mtn days ago and it worked. It just isn't working with my glo sim which is the one I subscribe on. How can I rectify the situation?
