Using the aerial bombardment within a sovereign boundary is wrong. What does the military mean by terrain is not accessible by land and water ? How does the vandals access these places ? This is just lack of amphibious training by a lackluster Buhari militia. I am very sure very innocent poor women, kids and aged are among the dead.

Am sorry. Who told you using aerial bombardment in such area is wrong?
And for your information the helicopter there is capable of using guns and not just missiles. The defense HQ said there was no bombing ish.

simple because the helo team sees where enemy firepower is coming from and then decide to lit the place up with some 12.7 or 30mm .

You are right. The penalty for breaking pipeline to extract fuel to sell is death. Right ?

Some are saying that the militants rights are being violated by bombing them, some are saying that it was the Yorubas that are being bombed, some are saying that the military can't do that in Niger delta, some are saying bla bla bla bla..
It's the Yoruba land they can handle things the way they like, since it's not your militants that are being killed like you claimed then you should be rejoicing like the way you are use to when they blow things up, you don't have to come here to be showing your stupidity. Any Yoruba or other tribe in the camp of the militant when things goes kaboom deserved it as well...

It is the job of the government and the people we pay to protect us to use any means to at their disposal to protect us.

Boko Haram, another terrorist group is receiving the same bombardment treatment

Not only pipelines. Kidnapping, rape etc

Death penalty for kidnapping in Nigeria. http://allafrica.com/stories/201605050113.html http://www.thisdaylive.com/index.php/2016/05/05/senate-approves-death-sentence-for-kidnappers/

...and I think death penalty covers militants with the below Nigerian law.
http://thenationonlineng.net/legal-framework-for-the-prevention-of-terrorism-in-nigeria/

....... If you exchange gunfire with the military of a country in her own sovereignty, she has the right to defend and protect her troops with any possible asset. Even if it is about ordering a drone strike.

Slay! You took that right out of my mouth!
They are restless over their enemies being bombed when they should be celebrating as they usually do, is it because they know what we all know, that their brothers are under siege, running helter skelter and will never see SW the same way again? The next thing you will see is some made in Aba fake news coming out to support their claims. Yoruba don't listen that these people think they are at war with us and using all propaganda known to man to fight us, and we need to start acting like we get it. Or how can you explain.people who have been celebrating that ijaws are killing Yoruba, only to turn around and say no, Yoruba women and children are the ones terrorizing the villages just because the terrorists are being killed? Like you said, any Yoruba hanging with these criminals deserves to die too.
