How to carry out search on land's title validity at Abuja Agis;

The Search process as follows:

-Make payment of N10, 000.00 for residential or N20, 000.00 for commercial plots via AGIS designated banks
-Presentation of application accompanied with original title document for sighting between at Agis
-Clearance of payment teller at the finance desk
-Submission of application with AGIS receipt attached at the legal search desk.

Please note the following;
- Working hour between 9am and 3pm
-Desk Officer will write on your application “original sighted and date of sighting”
-Ensure triplicate receipt has been signed and take same to the Revenue Officer for countersigning
