That is way low though guess I would just be buying it directly for you then but in fairness the least I would take for the phone is 68k dues to shipping expenses and the present exchange rate. You would be able to get the phone within 2weeks as I would be buying it and sending it down to ma bro in naija with the other stuffs I have for sale who would hand it over to you.
