He has not done anything bad. What of if he's the site engineer, won't he inspect what has been done?. The only thing I frown with is that he's not taking safety precautions. Inspecting with Agbada is what is dangerous

Even if he is an Engr , it doesnt mean dat he should do dat himself. Wat is d function of the Ministry officials ?
The R.E, C.R.E, site Engrs and supervisors are d ones delegated for things like this.
Infact it is too dangerous for him no crash helmet, no safety boots, loose garment etc.
