It's very important we get this straight, cos as a family we've tried all we can so we can make her happy, but she sleeps moody and wakes up moody, she doesn't speak to anyone, but only says a greeting and walks away. We really want her to be happy but she seldom does. This started recently and since then the family and her has been world's apart. Please i need your kind advice as i am the first kid in the family. #MYPALMCHATEXPERIENCE.. |

How old is she? In what area of life has she failed recently? You may need to find more help for her than on Nairaland (a psychiatric maybe), God forbid she gets suicidal. I'll guess she needs more love an some gentle talks than scolding for been moody. 2 Likes |

I think something trumatic recently happened to her. Someone or something had rocked her and she is trying to figure out how to deal with it. I suggest that the person she is closest to in the family talk to her. Make her (don't force) her tell you what the problem is by being there and nice and positive and supportive. Don't be judgmental or harsh. Get the family to cut her some slack. And try getting a professional psychologist if this doesn't work. Good luck. 1 Like |

Since you say it started recently, then something happened to cause it. I'm not sure if you're older or younger, but try and ask her to confide in you or someone she trusts. |

Its obvious something bad happened to her. Eg. She might have been molested or raped(God Forbid dat though). When you see a once lively girl who becomes all of a sudden moody..There's an 80% chance that, that is what happened. Nevertheless, to help her through this mood swing; First, you guys need to be extremely patient with her ...Ensure she's never alone. Endeavour to watch comedy films or crack joke together with her, avoid playing romantic movies or all this telemundo films Constantly reassure her of your love and the fact that she can confide in you. Above all, PRAY FOR HER . TELL GOD TO HEAL HER HEART, SOUL AND BODY. |

Buy her sweet inspirational and law of attraction books. They help in elevating one's mood. Don't pester her but observe her every behaviour. |
