Below, you will see I have provided a list of ten things you need to know about introverted teachers.

1. They absolutely dread those awkward social event gatherings.


2. They like keeping to themselves in the workroom, or anywhere else on campus.


3. They pretend like they like everyone.


4. They come up with their best ideas when they are by themselves.


5. They take the long way if it means they can avoid people.


6. They send out newsletters and emails to avoid individual emails and phone calls from parents.


7. They love being around kids.


8. When they have something to say, people listen.


9. They detest being treated like children during staff development.


10. They usually don’t go out on the weekends because they need to “recharge.”
