Without wasting too much time, let's ride on immediately.
It's no longer news the rate of hardship Nigerians are currently going through as a result of bad economic policies principally instituted by the clueless President Buhari ever since he took over power a year+ ago. Hardship and agony of Nigerians especially the poor and middle class have drastically increased and one need not to be told about this as you see hunger, i mean serious hunger staring on people's faces. At times it looks funny to you but just before you could start laughing, you remember your own staring at your face as well. No be small thing o.
1) Anger
Have you noticed that the rate of anger within the neighbourhood has increased? Almost everyone seems to be very angry these days for no obvious reason. This is when we have proven the proverbial "an hungry man is an angry man". Lol. You just need to be very careful how you walk around now for if you mistakenly step on somebody's toe, the reaction from the person you may end up blaming yourself why you made such expensive mistake.
2) Cry from children
Children do not have any clue about the economy and so they want what they want as at when they want it and you dare not tell them NO. But poverty is in the land and you can't afford their needs, these kids without looking at your face start crying annoyingly. When it is time to eat, it does not concern them where the food would come from but you must provide for them whether there is food or not or else, you would be amazed at how they will cry and embarrass you before your neighbours. Because of the aforementioned, hearing children cry these days around the neighbourhood because of hunger is not hard to comeby.
3) Scraping pot
The way you hear the sound of the neighbours scraping their pots of food these days is quite amazing. I've never been noticing this trend until now. You hear that sound when a pot is scraped to removed the food content (which in this case is even the burnt part at the bottom of the pot) freely from one end of the neighbourhood to the other. Why wont people scrape pots when the food was never enough for them?
4) Fight
Two guys almost fought and killed themselves the other day. On enquiry, we discovered it was because of N300 one was owing the other. Lol. Wetin poverty/hardship no go cause?
5) Loss of mind.
Have you noticed that people easily lose their minds now? You would see someone standing/walking/sitting but his/her mind is miles away from where he/she is. A neighbour the other day was almost swept to death by a car because he was thinking and didnt know when he entered major road in an attempt to cross without looking.
6) Begging
Do i need to dwell much on this? Not all! We all have noticed that beggars in different forms have increased astronomically in our neighbourhood. From begging money, to food, to maggi, pepper, salt, oil etc etc. Lol.
7) Theft
All we hear these days are petty theft like theft of pot of soup, basin of Garri, carton of noodles etc. Why wont people steal when they need to eat and stay survived at least first? Lolz.

Buhari, which way nah?
