Vs

The Gunners youngsters set to feature in this match with little or no presence from the first team regulars, Although Senderos and potato head Silvestre may most likely feature in this encounter, The regular youngster line up of Gibbs, merida, ramsey, wilshere and Sanchez watt who was on the bench for the UCL match against Standard Leige. Vito Mannone will most lilkely keep for this match, with both Almunia and Fabianski out. Yet again this youngsters will set to impress and win with convincing results.

Having missed out their trashing of Boro at the weekend due to his late arrival,Gonzalo Jara could finally make his long-awaited West Brom debut, as he has been granted his working Visa. His availability could be perfect timing for head coach Roberto Di Matteo.
The injury list for Matteo is worrying as Mattock,Marek Cech are both out with ankle injury.
Midfielder Chris Brunt has also been ruled out while long-term absentees James Morrison (heel), Neil Clement and Ishmael Miller (both knee) are still missing.

Nice to see Vela score after the injury sideline. Can't wait for him to displace Bartender in the first team.

I sincerely wish Wenger thinks in the same way. If Vela got half as much as playing time Bendtner has got, he would have been a goal poacher now.

AW kind of gives preferences to players who graduated from the Arsenal Academy, wonder why? Vela is a young, very skillful and intelligent player which Bartender is lacking.

Good result for the Gunners. BTW, I don't think any Premiership side will do what Arsene always does in the Carling Cup i.e field teanagers!

sucks we couldnt see the game live. good result nothing less expected. Arsene is not toying with the competition, which other way will our youngsters make full time appearances except ina competition like tghis. And what joy to see them embarrass full squad premiership oppositions like they did last year.
To the Red and white army!!!
Re: Carling Cup 3rd Round: Arsenal (2) Vs West Brom, (0) 22nd September 2009 by v3: 7:39am On Sep 23, 2009
It was good to see the "kids" show the "inzaghi'z" how soccerz played. . . I wonder why Velagasm hasn't bagged first team appearances this season cuz Bartender ain't delivering the goodies. . .and Count Van P'z looking jaded. . .Fabrepass's ALSO starting to wear out. . .I saw the replay on Arsenal TV and believe me. . .those kids were a joy to behold!!

Jack "Messi" Wilshere. . .May the gods of football see you through cuz you're pure class. . .It was also good to see Senderos Calamitos back grin grin

All in all. . .it was a good game!!

Go gunnerz
