My question is. 1 is efcc an individual that one person will be stalking, give me reference to any case where anybody is been detained for stalking fbi or cia or any other international organisation 2 is efcc a financial crime commission or a law enforcement agency like dss, police etc 3 you said I went all out to accuse efcc, is an agency supposed to detain anybody for 24 hours without court order or arrest warrant.
