Am in no way trying to praise itel, I use the itel it1503 with comes with a 512 ram. The only issue I have with the device is its poor battery (2100mah....pretty low).
In terms of multitasking, av never had issues...Av played heavy games with it smoothly... max Payne, pspspp PES 2016, dream league soccer, Front line commando, airplane flight simulator and currently playing Lara Croft's relic run

well....my device don't lag that's cos I disabled some constant running background apps and usually have about 311 to 295 ram remaining. I disabled animation and some other shits so when even I play most of these games they usually don't lag

i will try harder.. Am currently using purify which helps me with most background apps.. I've disabled most auto-start apps.. No animation tho but my apps are much abt 150 sha

i can only play heavy duty games like realracing and co with the help of an app called gltools

but with what u've said, i'll try to maintain balance of ram usage
