The transfer window this season seems to be the most craziest with clubs breaking transfer records and it is not dealine yet, where we see many late deals go through.


The announcement of John Stones from Everton to Manchester City this morning made City and PSG dominate the top five world transfers for defenders. Stones cost Man city a wooping £47.5m, making him the second most expensive defender in the world.

Report suggest that Everton have agreed a fee for Defender Ashley Williams and are set to sign the defender for £12m from Swansea. Wenger needs a defender even before injuries to Metersacker and Paulista. I don't know why he let such a cheap buy go for nothing.




Williams is the club's captain (Swansea City) and has made over 200 or close to appearances for Swansea and he also has european experience (Europa League) and Euro championship (semi final), but yet he still doesn't attract Wenger as a top quality defender.

It is not about the fee (£12m), considering the fact that this same wenger paid £16m for Callum Chambers who has 'not really' proved anything before his move.
