There’s an ongoing campaign tagged Diamond in the rough. The aim is to help ladies on the street of Lagos; hawkers, bread sellers, waiteresses, hairdressers,female security officers, sales girls or shop attendants, housemaids and their likes; the not so privileged ones in order to polish them and bring out the hidden exceptional characteristics and potentials in them.

The project has a variety of enrichment activities that have been designed to uplift ladies and to build their self-­‐esteem, boost their confidence, and help them discover their talents, maximize their potentials and introduce them to different Business Entrepreneurship options through Workshops, Training, Vocational Seminars and all round Beauty Makeover.

But this is where you come in… We don’t know them, so we ask for your help to nominate them. We can only meet them through your nominations. The ladies that brings bread to your house daily, the ones you buy Moi-moi from, the ones that hawk fish, Ogi (Pap) etc. You can actually nominate your housemaids.
