Job Title: Project Officer

Location: Lagos


Job Summary
To co-ordinate and complete activities related to the organization’s projects and effectively perform a variety of project related administrative duties.
Regularly provide advice on the management of projects, organize the various professionals working on a project.
Be able to carry out risk assessment, oversees project accounting, costing and billing.
Agreeing project aims and objectives and responsible for project management and timely delivery of projects.
Organizing and monitoring the various professionals and sub-contractors working on multiple development projects to ensure guidelines and timelines are maintained.

Qualification and Experience
Not above 40 years of age.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction Industry, preferably in a constructing environment.
Minimum of Degree; B.Sc. in Quantity Survey, Civil Engineering or Building.
Professional Qualification in Project Management will be an added advantage.
Successful completion of NYSC or exemption certificate.
