This is not about fashola. There is no light in ogwashi uku since 15 years. Pls you can confirm from anybody there if you doubting it.

I think witches and wizards there hate progress. I was shocked when I visited ogwashi last year after 2002. No progress.
I asked one of the guys I met there. He said ogwashi uku indegenes including Ngozi Okonjor are scared to build or invest there cos of fear of untimely death.

Can someone make money charging phones?

If it is lucrative, I may deploy bunch of mobile charging stations powered by solar, different schools.

Op,there are 3 campuses of Delta State Poly; Oghara,Ogwashi and Kwale.

If you visit any of these campuses in the night,is total blackout, nothing to show that the place is a school envronment.
Re: Delta Polytechnic Students Charging Their Phones by aspirebig: 6:17pm On Aug 11, 2016
From Oghara to Ozoro,to Ogwashi Uku- all Delta State Poly campuses are blackout towns back to back. No light except few i better pass my neighbour Gen stuff.

This is the so called 'OIL RICH STATE'

After people will be saying Nigeria is good,is Nepa wahala not enough for people to migrate out of the country and not come back. Once is dusk, everywhere will be dark and those bad creatures will use the cover of the dark to rob people.
