Maternity infrastructure is cheap sef. The surgical facilities are IT compliant with dedicated bed head units that supply Oxygen etc per patient.
A helipad is a stone throw from the Ayinke house inside LASUTH.
Even the consultants would be chilling with dedicated LIFT for doctors et al. Though the project delayed but Things are rocking at the moment...

Ayinke was Sir Mobolaji Bank-Anthony's mother. He built the complex and donated it to the Lagos State Government in the late 1980s.

The maternity section (Ayinke House) was built and equipped by Sir Mobolaji in the late 1980s. He donated it to the Lagos State Government in either 1989 or 1990.

I gave birth to my last child in this Ayinke House in 2009; not so long they commence the rehabilitation of the hospital.
Till date, the work has been with snail speed...almost becoming abandoned
I hope the visit of Governor Ambode will hasten the completion of this project because it has been long overdue

Ayinke, not Ayinka, House is a maternity hospital donated by a Nigerian to help pregnant women and new born babies. It was built free of charge.
Over one million babies have been born here. The man named it after his mother.
It's situated in the LASUTH premises, and LASG is currently expanding and renovating the place so it can offer pre, neo and antenatal services on a larger scale.
