I just wonder amongst these airlines in Nigeria, which of them has better customer care approach?

I have compared all of the from the era of Nigeria Airways, to the era of Okada Air, to the era of ADC in the early 1990s, to the era of Chanchangi, and now to the era of the Big 3 (Arik Air, Aero Contractor, and Nigerian Eagle Air (former Virgin Nigeria) in Nigerias' Aviation cycle).

Which of them is most customer friendly. The criteria could be;

1. How welcoming are the staff.
2. How prompt are their flight schedule.
3. How do they manage rush hour.
4. How to do they manage cancelled flight.
5. How responsive are they to customers problems.
6. Any other critical factor excluded.

I personally find it hard to say this is better, because they exhibit thesame kind of "copy-copy" kind services with little room for innovation. I have been flying since the era of Nigeria Airways, so I know what I am saying. Thesame sickness, thesame joy and thesame everything.
