Good morning everyone.
Please I want to know which between getting a Masters degree and obtaining a professional course will be perfect for a staff growth in a reputable company in Nigeria.
Please I need your candid advice as I'm currently confused on the step to follow.

all depends on you, your career choice etc

Msc is more of the academic while professional courses are more on the professional side.

M.Sc. does the magic than professional course, except if u r or aspiring to be an accountant, then go for professional course (ICAN, etc.).
If you are an engineer, combine M.Sc. with professional skills and certificates like HSE, AUTOCAD, ORACLE, and some engineering softwares training certificates/skills, you will become hotcake in the field of engineering or similar fields. If you aspire to be a lecturer, M.Sc. first plus registration/identification with professional body/bodies relevant to your field: PhD afterwards. Your level of cynosure in your chosen career path also somewhat depends on the strength of your undergraduate CGPA.
