1. Client Profile:

The client which you will be conducting the mystery visit for is a provider of electronic based test centers worldwide. In this assignment you are required to act as a regular test candidate to undertake one of these examinations at one of the specified test center. No prior knowledge of the test subject is required.


2. Objective of Mystery Visit:

The main objective of the mystery visit is to observe if the standard check-in procedure was adhered to by the test center personnel/administrator. You will also be there to check out the security standards such possibility of cheating in within the test environment.


3. Duration of the mystery visit:

15 minutes to study the training manual
60 minutes to take the test and to carry out the observation 30 minutes to fill in the questionnaire.

After you completed the visit at the test center, you will need to complete an online questionnaire on our AQWorld website.
You are allowed to choose within a range of test dates that is available to the test center.


You must meet the following qualifications to apply for this shop:
* Your age must be 21 years or More
* Education Level is High School or More
* Proficient in English language
