He s using our scarce resources to search for non-existing oil reserves in the boko ravaged NE in spite of sound professional advice on the contrary that there are no commercially viable quantities of crude reserves in the Chad basin.

The dullard has declared an end of petrol based economy but he is spending more resources searching for oil in the worst and wrongest place while neglecting govt subsidies into Agric sector.

If the dullard had sense, he ought to have factored that if by the slimmest chance oil in commercial quantities is found in the Chad basin, the menace of boko haram will increase exponentially.

Or has he forgotten that ISIS ( the most successfully Sunni Terror organisation) is successful in maintaining their caliphate from proceeds gotten fron stolen Iraqi and Syrian oil fields now within their control?

Does he think after discovering crude there, that any right thinking investor will risk their money drilling in boko ville?

Or has he not considered that just the mere mention of an oil find in the boko ravaged NE will be a motivating factor to boost the Islamists agenda of creating a caliphate within the NE thereby further compounding the lunacy up north?

Some one should advice this fool properly

Why Dont u see his effort to increase our maritime borders down south to add more oil blocks to Nigeria as a waste too?? I mean a 60% increase in our water boundary

Ooh u will never see that

And which expert told u there is no oil in Lake chad? Are u a geologist??

Ur hatred for this man will make u hate Nigeria

He is ur president and every decision he takes is in the interest of Nigeria
And 40bn gamble for 3 billion barrels of oil is not a bad gamble
