I used to laugh and wonder, when I see usually calm and unruffled people like Siena getting their knickers in a twist and responding to customers harshly, that if they are serious, they should call the dealer and not harangue the dealers to call them, but now I see they has a point


You have to understand these dealers are very busy fielding calls and chasing and closing leads so if they open a thread to say please call or send an email, I don't think it is too preposterous a process for the buyers to follow. Of course these dealers would eventually get a chance to call or respond to customers but don't be surprised to wait a week to hear from them by which time the car could be gone.
