jidobaba: Customer, customer and customer. Your item got delivered to us on Monday by amazon, we ship every friday. And it got shipped last Friday. It's 9 business days. Your item is already in Lagos and its undergoing custom clearance. Also currently at Nahco, its festive period, clearing is tedious and slow. By end of this week, many shippers will stop shipment for the year to avoid negative feedbacks. Also on the exchange rate sir. We charged you #360/$ but banks likr access charge us #366 and fidelity 367 or #366, we kept on subsidizing this to so we can keep up with our amazon order deliveries. You might have got it mixed up cos of amazon tax. Amazon used to be an hot cake that everyone procures from, but if you check now, 90% of people already stopped amazon purchase. We are just one of the views who still does it. Last picture shows we got charged #2,000 above what customer paid us for a single laptop this week. I hope this answered your questions sir?.. Our whatsapp channel is always very busy, the staff who attended to your order asked for your instagram usernane but you didn't divulge it, It has less traffics and there's always update there. It's the major reason we activated our instagram page with dedicated customer care representative. From the last discussion with you, I don't think anyone ignored you sir. Your messages might have dropped than low, if you had sent another message. Friday 22nd of Nov was a friday. A double day, we do pack, sort and ship out goods from USA, also a day most of the final clearings takes place in Nigeria, A day we round up our accounts home and abroad, that might be why your message got pushed down. Thanks for your understanding. Clearing is still ongoing. Once your two pieces HDMI cables are off custom claws, we will notify you sir. I also addressed this in my earlier post to you sir.
