Hi every one, I urgently need a mini flat around yaba, shomolu, onipanu and palmgrove axis with these given specs. Should be a neat house (if its newly built, great!). standard size rooms, all tiled, good kitchen, toilet and baths (if it has extra visitor toilet, great!), water running, in a compound and in a nice environment.

My budget is rent maximum of N350K, agreement and commission maximum of 50k each. (making a total of 450K max). Kinldly call this number if you have something that matches my description,.
