I want to use this trend to train any interested individual on some food formulation mostly the breakfast meal and baby meal with some livestock entrepreneur business to do with little capital. if you are interested kindly drop ur comment.i will do some here while some will be on whatsapp. So B4 then type interested.

The training start by giving you what whole grain is and it's importance. I will start with it because it is the main thing to use in any of the products to teach here
What is whole grain? When grain grow in the field, they have three edible parts:The outer bean layer,which is rich in fibers and B vitamins, The germ, which is full of antioxidants and The last part is The starchy Endosperm. Whole grain or food made from them contain all the essential parts and naturaly-occiring nutrients of the entire grain seed.
The healthiest parts are The BRANS and THE GERMS. If Te two are removed, the grains is said to be REFINED and The refined grains are missing about two-third of many essential nutrient. Some grains are enriched but only returns about five of the missing nutrient. If grains have been ground into flour or rolled into flakes, they are still whole grain

WHOLE GRAINS AND HEALTH
Under here I will be talking on the health benefit of eating whole grains and the diseases that whole grains prevent us from with the requirements of whole grains to take per day.
Eating whole grains gives the body extra antioxidants, fiber, vitamin and minerals, all of which are essential to good health. Adding whole grains to your diet can significantly lower your risk of chronic diseases and illness such as: STROKE, DIABETES, HEART DISEASES, INFLAMMATORY DISEASED, SOME CANCERS, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. switching to whole grains also helps with weight control. BENEFITS : kick in with on serving, but aim for three or more serving daily for best health result.
Adult and Children should eat at least three serving(48grams or more) of whole grains daily
EASY RECIPES FOR WHOLE GRAINS
cooking whole grains is simple. Most grains can be cooked like rice(in just enough water) or like pasta(in lots of water, then drained).Some whole grains cook in just 10-15minutes.Make sure you try so many delicious ideas.

Today I will make everyone to know how to make each of our food plate with whole grains. This start with the heading called:
WHOLE GRAINS ON EVERY OF YOUR PLATE
it is easy to make at least half your grains whole, with delicious, convenient options like these at every meal.
BREAKFAST :Make your morning meal healthier by switching to whole grains bread and cereals, a bowl of oatmeal, Pap(un sieved) or multi grains or pancakes.
LUNCH:Look for whole wheat bread for your sandwiches or added flavour and boost of energy or make a salad with whole wheat chips cookies.
DINNER: add a side of wild rice to your dinner plate and you will get all the extra benefit of fibre and antioxidants.
SNACKS AND SWEETS : satisfy your sweet tooth or midday hunger pangs with a whole grain choice like Crackers, Popcorn, Boiled/Cooked Corn.
N. B: Most whole grains are glutens free e. g Corn,Rice,Oats,Amaranth,Millet, Sorghums,Buckwheat etc. Most people can eat all kinds of grains-but some can't digest gluten, a protein found in wheat, rye and barley. The doesn't mean they cannot enjoy the many benefits of whole grains

Mornings everyone and how was your night.Lets start the training today by learning how to make:
WHOLE WHEAT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
step1:Equipment:Large mixing bowl, Mixer, Beater, Measuring spoon and cup, Spatula Cookies Scoop(2tablespoon capacity),Two large baking sheet,Metal Spatula(flat),Parchment Paper(To line baking sheet),2 wire Cooking racks, Oven, Pre-heated to 350°F
Syep2:Ingredients: The ingredients will make approximately 32whole wheat chocolate chip cookies
1 cup butter or unsalted butter
1cup brown sugar or sweetner
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup naturally white flour
2 cup whole wheat flour
11/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chip
1 cup milk chocolate chip
Step 3: Procedure
1: Put butter, brown sugar and granulated Sugar in the large bowl
2: Use mixer to beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3minutes.Use Spatula to scrape down side of bowl as necessary
3: Add egg and Vanilla to butter/Sugar mixture
4: Mix egg and vanilla into butter and sugar mixture with the mixer until fluffy incorporated
5: Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt to the baking bowl.Scrape down side with Spatula as necessary.
6: Use mixer to mix flour, baking powder, Baking Soda and salt into butter /sugar/egg/vanilla mixture until just incorporated.
7: Add semi-sweet and Milk chocolate chips to cookies dough.
8: Use Spatula to stir chip into the cookies dough.
9: Use cookies scoop to portion out cookies dough onto lined baking sheet.
10: Bake cookies in 350°F oven for 9-10minutes or until edge are lightly browned. Allow Cookies to cool on baking sheet for 10minutes.
11:Use flat spatula to transfer cookies to wire rack to cool,bout 10minutes and serve.
