Hi Nairalander. I wish to buy a property with all adequate papers in place (CofO, survey plan etc). I have a very good collateral in place. The collateral is even more than the value of the loan I require. I also have 50% of the money to buy the house. So I only need 50% as mortgage loan. Can anyone please direct me to any bank in Nigeria that offers Personal/Residential Mortgage Loan? Thanks as I await your replies. |
