DONSMITH123:

A plaintiff who files a suit during the court’s vacation is expected to file an ex parte motion to prove to the judge that his or her suit is a matter of urgency which its hearing should not be delayed.

So budget padding, intent to defraud Nigeria, conspiracy to commit theft of public funds is not enough to be a matter of urgency but PDP convention is?

I beg y'all fellas to read and understand the write up correctly. Abdulmumin never went to court on the issue of padding.

The two cases mentioned are :

( 1) For the judge to restrain the leadership of the house of Representatives from suspending him.

(2) For the court also to stop law enforcement agencies from arresting him in connection with his alleged 2012 money laundering case which was sent to the trash bin,but which miraculously resurfaced in 2016 just to cause him to shut up.

What people don't understand about this Dogara case is that it has been turned into a battle between the north and the southwest!!!.The Speakership position was originally zoned to the southwest and Dogara went against the zoning formular and emerged as the Speaker. If this budget padding thing results in Dogara loosing the Speakership, the position will revert back to the southwest and the Northeners are not ready for that development. That is why there is currently a conspiracy of silence from the Presidency etc
