all written in the bible are the ways of life. Nothing was hidden. The old testament was the time of law and judgment. While the new testament is of love and grace. We are in the time of love and grace and God says love your enemies as yourself and pray for them that hate and persecute you. What happened in the old testament is der as a lesson for us. But we are to follow the messiah Jesus
