All You Need To Know About Osun Job Centre by traction: 12:29am On Aug 19, 2016
1. The Centre was officially commissioned on Tuesday, 16th of August, 2016 by the State Governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola.

2. It is also known as O-JOBS.

3. O-JOBS does not create Jobs neither does it find jobs for users of its facilities.

4. Its principal function is to provide the private sector companies with a bespoke online job recruiting forum to access Osun indigenes and residents.

5. It will also conduct Job fairs to connect job seekers to employers, and provide Career Counselling and Employability Skills training.

6. It is funded by the State Government of Osun, and its services are provided at no cost to the users of its facilities.

7. The Centre is coordinated by the former Commissioner for Human Resources and Capacity-building, Ms Mobolaji Akande.

8. It has 31 Desk Offices located at each of the 30 Local Government Secretariats and Ife North East Office.

9. It is for the Osun indigenes.

10. Log on to www.osunjobcenter.org to register as a Jobseeker or an Employer.
