PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES SAP Supply Chain Management helps our customers in planning, execution and controlling their supply chain processes when using SAP systems. Our team offers so called Consulting Solutions, which are tools that support our customers with additional functionality to analyze and control their supply chain network. For this area we are looking for motivated young talents (f/m) who are ready to take on tasks in a demanding yet diverse environment to reinforce our solution development team.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS As an intern for our team you will be working along with our solution developers to extend existing consulting solutions and support our customers who are already using the software. You will be able to develop and improve solutions for a variety of SCM areas like demand planning, distribution planning or production scheduling as well as availability checks and simulations. Your tasks can involve designing new concepts and developing new solutions or enhancing existing ones as well as supporting our customers who are already using our Consulting Solutions.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Student at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: Information Systems, Business IT, Software Engineering Computer skills: Programming skills in (at least) one programming language required, ABAP skills nice-to-have Language skills: Good German and English skills Soft skills: Good communication skills and autonomous method of working required, good analytical skills required Others: Your internship can also be used as preparation for your bachelor-/master-thesis Location for the intern can be either Walldorf or Hamburg. Preferred duration of 6 months. Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, current university transcript of records, certificate of enrolment, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
