Usually don't do this but mtn charged me for music + I didn't subscribe to maybe they thought I wouldn't notice since I amassed credit during the wow weekend so noticed it a bit late, only for me to call and they told me the 300 charged was for music +. I angrily told the CC personnel to deactivate the music + and any useless advert and unwanted calls. But on second thought I decided I need my credit back and since then, subsequent calls placed to know when I subscribed to the said music + has been met with "our system is not active now to check your line, call back later" now i want to contact NCC to know whether they can help and to know if anyone has been successful in getting them to act

Those guys are daylight robbers but i don't think they can make refunds to you
