You've made a lot of sense but the leaders of this country don't want to give chance to the so called youths to rule, they've made schooling miserable so much that a lot of students are opting out for informal education or getting engaged in crime and thier own kids are abroad schooling. Automatically when the "youths" do get a shot at governance it is thier kids that stand the chance.
This country needs purging.
