Pls, what's happening to 2016 Budget? When are they releasing it? 4 mnths to the end of the year and they haven't released it talk more of implementing. Which way Nigeria?

They said dey can't implement it cos dey found always pad inside.

Nigeria have been shut down since march.

Dem don supposed start dey prepare 2017 own yet 2016 own never come to light.

But what do we have? A Nigeria spending without budget.

Dem don syphon the money finish, nothing is tracking it.

Yet no body is shouting but dey wia making a hell lot of noise in d last administration that had budget

We are in for it.

We have a padded budget. Only those who padded it are enjoying it.

We have no budget. Wat we have is National sanitry Pad. And from the look of things, 2017 budget will b passed in2 law around dis time in 2018. Then U'll hear new phrases like; Budget arrears, etc.
