EMERGENCY RESCUE INFORMATION CONTROL CENTRE, (ERICC), located at Federal Ministry of Works Building, Former Toll- gate office plaza, beside police station, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Ibadan.

Most emergencies require urgent intervention to prevent a worsening of the situatio.

The centre is where our operators receive and answer incoming emergency telephone calls from members of the public in need of assistance and immediately dispatch information received to the relevant rescue agencies such as Hospitals Ambulances, FRSC, Fire Service, Nigeria Police, NSCDC, NEMA, VIO, State Ambulance Services, State Emergency Management Agency and Other rescue Service providers, for assistance for them to dispatch the relevant resources such as personnel, vehicles and equipments to where they are needed for prompt rescue assistance.
