Not only Igbo, Ekiti people do tie wrapper during some festivals. It is not our daily wear.

OK.
In my village during some festivals, we called some people Agba Akin (Warrior) or Abore (Chief Priest) and some times very highly placed persons can do that too. They are the only set of people that are culturally permitted to tie wrappers when the festival has reached the peak.

Interesting.

I thought it was only those in cults like ogbonni and co who tie wrappers.

Though sha, even the agba akin and the abore are all deep cult men.

@rasco2000me, I have checked your posts and discovered that you are very eager to contribute to discussions on Nairaland, I however believe strongly you need to take three courses on Nairaland E-Varsity to better your contribution. I am therefore recommending:

1.) Evening Grammar Lesson 101
2.) Typing Tutor 101
3.) Is it Alcohol while Typing 242

I will be footing your tution fee 100%.
You should therefore get in touch with Orikinla for your course materials.
