I dont realy know why nysc has not been scrapped,

this programme should be scrapped!

The programe should not be scrapped but the killer(s) found and sentence to death as lesson to other would be rapist.

Since she was raped, there would be sperm, this could be use for DNA testing.

All adult male in that vicinity should be questioned and DNA checked.
