if it is Lekki/Ajah environment. Dnt give anybody ur money /patronise sub-let agent.Make sure u follow ur agent to inspect the house.check every checkable (restroom, kitchen, door etc). And finally b4 parting with ur money,ask questions about the room/house from the neighbour. Pay,collect key and pack in (no time/to avoid story)
