 Drake has fueled romance rumors once again after he surprised Rihanna with a new style of congratulatory message. The rapper purchased a billboard somewhere in Los Angeles to congratulate the songstress on her prestigious Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, which she will be receiving at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards. “Congratulations to Rihanna from Drake and Everyone at OVO,” the billboard read.
