Why don't they move things along faster by setting up the IT infrastructure within an existing Police or Fed Govt building? The abandoned VP's residence can even be used.

Wasteful venture in my view, the new building construction that is. The move and pageantry is PDPesque.

So we still need a foreigner for our internal policing.

Now they have cemented the bricks, next step is to put the database inside, ba? Database that will fail when theres no electricity. Why not cloud storage? No need for physical infrastructure at this age.

It's not just about laying foundation oga VP increase their salary and improve the welfare of the Nigerian Police force then you will see a police functioning very effectively.
