Manchester United new signing Mkhitaryan had been ruled out of the Manchester Derby between Manchester United and Manchester city next weekend as a result of an injury reported by the Armenian FA as a thigh Injury which might take least 10 days to heal.

The injury was noted after an off ball collision with Marek Suchy in the first 45 minutes of the Armenia vs Czech Republic, which resulted in hi taken off the pitch and also ruled out from the lineup against Denmark on Sunday.

The midfielder now finds himself in a tight corner racing towards fitness, if he is to be featured in the Manchester Derby, medical reports from Armenia are not encouraging and since he won't be featuring in their Denmark Fixture, he is been sent back to England for further check up by Manchester United medical staff.
