Have Banks Blocked International Transaction Via Paypal Again by rojad(m): 7:45pm On Sep 03, 2016
I noticed that as we entered September, 2016 my Naira MasterCard stopped working on PayPal. I have two Naira MasterCards from GT Bank and Stanbic IBTC. None of them are working. Have PayPal blocked Nigeria or is it our government blocking our transaction. I need to find out if I am the only one having this problem

So if I get a relative in the US to use his account to verify my paypal, I won't have any problem agn using Nigerian IP and login from Nigeria right? Please reply so cause I won't want my money seized. Thanks for the information so far. It's been educative.

But I need assurance that once you use the payoneer account to verify the US account, it won't be closed for any reason and I can always use Nigerian IP?
