The laws in Nairobi will not allow you to put any bulding anywhere you want, Nairobi is guided by zoning law.

You were arguing that a tiny area can never have any room for development, you went ahead and quoted a figure saying "no wonder your country is 70% rural" your logic was so basic and pointless.

30 yrs down the line Accra was a village, you managed to take use of your 222km² land by bulding 6 higrises and some few hotels, 50years down the line, Nairobi was still one of the best cities in africa. That was our topic at hand, I'm surprised how you suddenly shifted goal post from our main topic.

Sometime back like 4yrs ago, Nairobi was ranked as 6th most dynamic city. Now add the previous development to the current one, you'll find out that Accra needs another 30good yrs of consistence infrastructural development to reach the current Nairobi.
