Nairobi upper class estates extend over a very large part of Nairobi; almost half starting from Garden estate in the north - and ending in Karen in the south; The Ghana estates would NOT be part of Nairobi upper class. Even on prices and rental criteria alone. They would be part of Nairobi middle class - and Nairobi metro. Ghana best estates would be level of Langata, South C, and such areas. popizaino: 2 Likes |

Forget about mobile broadband - we are talking fixed broadband user s. And don't just guess numbers. Fixed broadband - South Africa - 3M plus Kenya's fixed broadband - 0.6m Mobile broadband - 21 million. So forget about Mobile broadband - tell us about Fixed broadband especially fiber to home. Little research - MTN Ghana has it only in few estates of Accra. Just30: 1 Like |

Shma2020:it's a waste of time comparing Abuja with scrap Mombasa. You can combine both Nairobi inner roads and It won't still match.

This one is even better - you can see the WTC Abuja from the UAE embassy - the whole area has embassies - and the roads are horrible - apart from the Diplomacy street. 3 Likes

Shackman which one do you want to dispute. Kenya is not dead economy like South Africa. Kenya is massively investing in roads and other infrastructure - and closing the infrastructure deficit - in roads, electricity, power, broadband, name it. 1) Kenya road network has by now certainly exceeded 250k. The valuation of the 246,757.26 kilometres of roads, which include 40,002.34km trunk roads, is more than Kenya’s Sh3.06 trillion budget, highlighting the impact of Jubilee administration’s accelerated investment in roads in the past decade. KRB data says the country has 161,821km classified roads, 34,000km unclassified or new roads with more than nine-metre road reserve and 50,000 km narrow roads that have less than nine-metre road reserve https://www.businessdailyafrica.com/bd/economy/state-values-road-network-at-sh3-5trn-before-audit-3472282 2) In 2017 - kenya had paved 20,600 - by now in 2021 - the figures has certainly passed 25k - so by now - we might even be talking 30k. Remember kenya is now adding more than 2,000 paved roads annually https://africacheck.org/promise-tracker/jubilee-party-tracker/increase-paved-road-network-current-11000km-7-24000km-15-five AfriqueDuZuid: 2 Likes |

That is better than 90 percent of Lagos. Don't bring Abuja into this....first build paved roads. In that picture I see it has everything - paved roads, paved walkways. What exactly is wrong there? Vlain: |
