INTRODUCTION:
The voice is a sign of identity and authority. Gen 27:22.
The voice of God was so sought and loved by his people, God want to fellowship and communicate with us. There is no true relationship without a true communication. When God talks we listen and when we talk God listen.

The voice of God is authority-He spoke through the creation- let there be and it happened. And when God refuses to speak to his people, there was general confusion among his people and the society.

THE VOICE OF GOD – Comes as a Consolation, comfort and relieve to the heavy Hearted, sick is healed and hope is restored to the hopeless.

Matt. 8:8-speaks only of God curses and blessings.

With commotion from our fast-paced world, it is difficult enough to hear our own thought, let alone try to listen to the voice of God. But in order to fulfill the great plans he has for us, we need to be able to recognize his voice
Develop the sensitivity and receptiveness to hearing God
Block out negative influence that distract you from hearing him
Learn that God’s willingness to speak to you has no limit
Discover what will open the doors of communication with God

WAYS GOD SPEAKS TO US

Uses other people-prov. 15:32, with words of wisdom-1thess. 5:19-21 and Godly counsel prov. 11:14
Open doors and closed doors 2cor. 12:7-9
God’s small still voice-heb.8:10-11
God’s word(the scriptures)-heb.4:12, 2tim. 3:16-17
Circumstances and timing-when despise the voice of God, destruction awaits you-prov.13:13, 1thess.4:7-8.

CONCLUSION:
OUR RELATIONSHIP with God is solidified through communication. Let us always open up to voice of God and enjoy the enormous benefits.
