Client:
An oil and gas support firm that is located in the Eleme Area of Rivers State.
They provide service in the area of marine bunkering, Crewing, chandelling for vessels.
They also provide logistics, supply & support service for the marine and Oil & Gas sector.
Job Requirements
i. OND accounting
ii. Good Knowledge Of Microsoft Office
iii. Excellent basic computer skills
iv. Excellent Excel Skills
v. Basic Accounting Skills
vi. Good dress sense
vii. Residence of the Akpajo, Elelenwo, Eleme & Woji preferred.
Job Description
i. Handles all general correspondence in and out of the company
ii. Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents
iii. Forward incoming general e-mails to the appropriate staff member
iv. Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization's databases
v. Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
vi. Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment
vii. Handle basic accounting and cashier duties
viii. accounts payable ensuring timeliness and accuracy of information
ix. Administer petty cash according to established procedures
x. Assist with financial reports as required
xi. Month end duties as required
xii. Provide Board support
xiii. Support the Managing Director with meeting, travel and other arrangements
xiv. Create action list for staff with respect to operations.
